By accessing realmforge.world or submitting an application to the Vanguard Alpha Programme, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.
1. About RealmForge
RealmForge is a gamified trading journal and personal performance platform currently in private alpha development. It is operated by CJ trading as RealmForge World.
RealmForge is an educational tool and personal record-keeping application. It is not a financial services product, brokerage, exchange, or investment platform. Nothing within RealmForge — including any automation, signal, stat, or game mechanic — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to trade.
2. The Alpha Programme
The Vanguard Alpha Programme is an invitation-only testing phase. Submitting an application does not guarantee access. Selection is at the sole discretion of RealmForge.
Alpha testers who are selected will be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving access. The NDA governs confidentiality obligations during and after the testing period.
Alpha access is provided free of charge and may be revoked at any time if a tester breaches the NDA, misuses the application, or engages in conduct detrimental to the programme or the RealmForge community.
3. Not Financial Advice
RealmForge does not provide financial advice. All content within the application — including trade logs, discipline scores, R-multiple calculations, kingdom progression, and any automation features — is for personal record-keeping and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make. Past performance within the application does not indicate future trading results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
4. Acceptable Use
By using this website and the RealmForge application, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the RealmForge software
- Use RealmForge for any purpose that violates applicable law
- Impersonate another person or entity when submitting an application
- Interfere with the operation of the website or application
- Share, publish, or distribute any part of the alpha application without written consent from RealmForge
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the RealmForge application — including but not limited to the software, game mechanics, world designs, champion artwork, brand name, logo, and written content — is the intellectual property of RealmForge World.
No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence beyond the limited access provided for the purpose of alpha testing.
6. Third-Party Broker Integration
RealmForge integrates with third-party broker platforms (such as MetaTrader 5) to allow users to connect their trading accounts. RealmForge does not hold, manage, or have custody of any funds in connected accounts.
Use of any connected broker is governed by that broker's own terms and conditions. RealmForge accepts no liability for actions taken by, or within, third-party broker platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealmForge World shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses incurred while using the application
- Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the service
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the application or website
- Any loss of data during the alpha period
The RealmForge application is provided "as is" during the alpha phase. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using this site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the application evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RealmForge World operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
