When you apply for alpha access through our website, we collect:
- Email address — to contact you about your application and send programme updates
- Years of trading experience — to assess fit for the alpha programme
- Active social media platforms — to understand our tester community (optional)
- Trading journal or software currently used — to understand your current workflow (optional)
We do not collect payment information, government identification, or sensitive financial data at this stage.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Review your application for the RealmForge Vanguard Alpha Programme
- Contact you regarding the outcome of your application
- Send you programme updates, access instructions, and alpha tester communications
- Understand the background of our tester community to improve the product
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising on third-party platforms.
4. Email Communications
By submitting your email address, you agree to receive communications from RealmForge related to your application and the alpha programme. These are not marketing emails — they are operational communications directly related to your participation.

5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — used to store subscriber information and send email communications. Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google may log the request. No personal data you submit to us is shared with Google.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as the alpha programme is active, or until you request deletion. If you were not selected for the alpha and request removal, we will delete your data within 30 days.
After the public launch of RealmForge, application data from the alpha period will be reviewed and either retained (with your consent) or deleted.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Objection — object to how we process your data
- Portability — request your data in a portable format

8. Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not run analytics that identify you individually. The only scripts loaded on the page are Google Fonts (for typography) and our own form submission handler.

RealmForge is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the programme develops. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
